I am doing a speech on the impact the Cubs have had Chicago. We all know how rip off and scam is Shell Vacations. Why someone will pay about $10,000 for a one week Vacation when they can just simply go to the same Hotel, same room, same dates and pay about $4,000 for the same Vacation!
